Memories of the bygone Doc Cheng's Restaurant at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. An early fusion of Asian and Western cuisine, symbolized by their distinctive dual purpose dining utensiles.

Absinthe

Studio still life shoot from Monday night. Photos will be used to illustrate a story on the history, culture, and literary mythology of Absinthe, an exremely high proof spirit with a distinctive green color. Absinthe achieved great popularity amoung Parisian artists and writers, and was associated with the "evils" of bohemian culture.
